The Better Buildings Partnership program was launched on 31 March 2011. It was initiated by the City of Sydney to deliver the targets of Sustainable Sydney 2030.
From 31 March 2011 to 30 June 2017 (seven years), the City’s total contributed $805,984 to program operating costs. The current funding agreement continues to June 2021. Since July 2014, building owner members have each contributed $5,000 annually to the program. To 30 June 2017, this has provided $205,000 toward program operating costs.
